I have been a spiritual seeker since my 20's. I loved to read books, and my interests were nutrition, herbs, meditation, metaphysics, and spiritual teachings. I spent time in nature, and enjoyed the freedom of riding my horse in the hills. I experimented with different diets, and learned that we are all unique, and one way of eating is not right for everyone. I also learned that balance is the key to life, and the body has an innate intelligence to heal itself. I have worked in many Health Food Stores, throughout the years, in the Bay Area, and in Sonoma County. I was fascinated with Native American ways, and decided an earth-centered spiritual path, was what I wanted to follow. When I was 30 years old, I met a Cherokee Medicine Man, and was honored to become one of his apprentice's. Shortly after meeting him, I had a spiritual vision that changed my life. I went through a health crisis in my 30's, and after I healed, I made a vow, to help other people to heal. I took Massage Training, became a Usui Reiki Master, went to Bauman College of Nutrition, the Integrated Healing Arts Insitute for Hypnotherapy training, and studied Iridology, Herbs, and Muscle Testing. I started a private practice working with clients, and have been a practitioner at several healing centers. I completed a 2 year Psychic Training and have been offering Intuitive Readings, teaching Intuitive Development Classes, and Usui Tibetan Reiki. I have been studying Shamanic Healing for 6 years, and am a Shamanic Reiki Practitioner and Master Teacher.
