Journeywork
Journeywork guides you into non-ordinary realms to connect with spirit allies, receive insights, guidance, clarity and healing. You will follow the sound of the drum to guide you to one of three worlds in Shamanism. The middle world that we live in plus the spiritual aspect, the lower world where we meet animal spirits, and nature beings, and the upper world where our teachers, spiritual guides, angels, and wise ones can be contacted. Sessions may include grounding, breathwork, meditation, and the journey guided by your intentions.

Spiritual Cleansing
Spiritual Cleansing, is a holistic healing practice, that blends multiple traditions to move and clear negative, blocked, stagnant energy, and restore balance. Each session begins with a conversation to set intentions, connect with spiritual guides, followed by energy work using elements like visualization, sound, shamanic tools, limpias with herbs, flowers, feathers, reiki, luminous light, and spiritual guidance. Spiritual Cleansing supports emotional, physical, and spiritual healing while helping create clarity and open the path for growth, and transformation.

Soul Retrieval
Soul Retrieval is a healing practice that restores lost soul energy caused by trauma, or challenging situations, that have affected the soul, whether from this life or past lives. During a session, a practitioner journeys to locate, communicate with, and return these soul parts, so they can be healed and reintegrated. When these soul aspects return, it can restore personal energy and power, emotional balance, harmony, renewed health, and a deeper sense of wholeness and well-being.
Contemporary Shamanic Healing
Shamanism is an earth-centered, spiritual practice, that has it’s roots in every culture around the world. It is at least 40,000 years old. Contemporary Shamanism, combines ancient cross cultural, shamanic practices, with modern techniques for todays world. Shamanism is a path of direct revelation, and ecstatic experiences. Shamanism views everything as being alive, and has a spirit; the earth, the sun, the moon, trees, plants, rivers, and mountains etc. And that all of life is connected in a sacred web of life. Using the tools of the drum, rattle, stones, feathers, herbs, and flowers, we invite Source, and the spirit of nature to connect with us, to promote balance and harmony.
Journeywork, guides you to non-ordinary realities, to discover supportive power allies, to bring you guidance, messages, and healing. Energy blocks, and stagnant energies, can be discovered and released allowing healing in. We will align with the heart of the earth & the heart of the heavens, cultivating your luminous light body. Grounding and clearing and balancing the chakras helps to release life force energy so it can flow freely. We work with our spirit guides, animal allies & helping spirits, and cultivate a connection with the spiritual forces of nature, Earth Mother, Pachamama, and the Spirit That Lives In All Things.
We will open up to our higher self, to open up to receive the blessings of the heart and soul. Usui Reiki channels Universal Lifeforce Energy, chi, or prana, which creates a sacred space of compassion, joy, and unconditional love. Reiki goes where the body needs it, and it’s flow helps to release stress, tension, pain and dis-ease. Some of the practices we may work with, are connecting and grounding with the earth, breathwork, chakra clearing, cord cutting, releasing contracts & vows, life purpose work, power retrieval, soul retrieval, the inner child, healing past events, past life work, shadow work, energy clearing & extractions, and spiritual cleansings or "limpias".
You will be guided to find the lessons and gifts, in your life’s experiences, and how to shift your awareness. Transforming limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and stories of disempowerment, into life enhancing energy, we can bring in new pathways to wholeness. intuitive guidance and oracle cards, can bring clarity and insights. We work with Cross Cultural Shamanism, and Central and South American shamanic practices.
Shamanic Healing practices that I have trained in include, Cross Cultural Shamanism, Shamanic Reiki (Andean, Buddhist, Guatemalan, Maya, Siberian, Tibetan & Western Shamanism), Contemporary Shamanism & the Andean Medicine Wheel with the 9 Rites of the Munay Ki, Core Shamanism, Scandinavian Shamanism, Mesoamerican Curanderismo, and Usui Tibetan Reiki.
I love to offer Healing Sessions, teach Shamanic Reiki, and Advanced Shamanic Practitioner classes, and Usui Tibetan Reiki, to share with you the beautiful, and powerful world of Shamanism.
