Muscle Response Testing (MRT), or Applied Kinesiology is a non-invasive form of biofeedback, which uses the bodies own nervous system, to tap into the energy field of the body. Everything is energy, and can have an impact on our health. This technique works with the body's inner knowledge, the wise, or subconscious mind. Muscle Response Testing is a complementary, and alternative health practice, it is not diagnostic, but shows stress responses.

We offer a Body Scan, by touching acupuncture points, and other points that relate to body systems, organs, glands, and nutrition, we use the Riddler's Reflex Points. We test an indicator muscle, to evaluate what makes your body strong or stressed. And find the priority areas your body is ready to work on now. We can test for foods, vitamins, minerals, supplements, herbs, flower essences, and essential oils, that can balance and support a stress response.
We work with muscle testing kits, samples of foods, supplements, and vibrational medicine, to find what resonates best for you.
We can also test for food allergies or sensitivities, environmental, geopathic, EMF, emotional stress, chakras, happiness, and vitality levels. With this information, you can find out what your body needs, and or what to avoid, to make positive health decisions, that are specific for you. Muscle Response Testing can be a valuable tool for adults, children, teens, and pets, it is offered in person or can also be done distantly.
