Contemporary Shamanic Healing
Shamanism is an earth-centered, spiritual practice, that has it’s roots in every culture around the world. It is at least 40,000 years old. Contemporary Shamanism, combines ancient shamanic practices, with modern techniques for todays world. Using the tools of the drum, rattle, stones, feathers, herbs, and flowers, we invite the spirit of nature to connect with us, to promote balance and harmony. Journeywork, guides you to non-ordinary realities, to discover supportive power allies, to bring you guidance, messages, and healing. Energy blocks, and stagnant energies, can be discovered and released allowing healing in.
We will align with the heart of the earth & the heart of the heavens, the luminous light, compassionate spirit guides, power animals & helping allies, and a deep connection with the spiritual forces of mother earth, father sky, grandmother moon, the star nations, and the Spirit That Lives In All Things. We will work with the sacred directions, the elements, and the higher self, to open up to receive the blessings of the heart and soul.​ Usui Reiki offers Universal Lifeforce Energy, chi, or prana, which creates a sacred space of compassion, joy, and unconditional love. Reiki goes where the body needs it, and it’s flow helps to release stress, tension, pain and dis-ease.
Some of the practices we may work with, are connecting and grounding with the earth, breathwork, chakra clearing, cord cutting, releasing contracts & vows, life purpose work, power retrieval, soul retrieval, healing past events, past life work, shadow work, energy clearing & extractions, and spiritual cleansings or limpias. You will be guided to find the lessons and gifts, in your life’s experiences, and how to shift your awareness. Transforming limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and stories of disempowerment, into life enhancing energy, we can bring in new pathways to wholeness. Intuitive Guidance and Oracle Cards, bring clarity and insights.​
Shamanic Healing practices that I have trained in include, Shamanic Reiki (Mayan, Andean, Siberian, & Tibetan), Contemporary Shamanism & the Andean Medicine Wheel with the Munay Ki Teachings, Core Shamanism, and Mesoamerican Curanderismo. I love to offer Healing Sessions, teach Shamanic Reiki and Advanced Shamanic Practitioner classes, to share with you the beautiful and powerful world of Shamanism.
