-Mikao Usui

Reiki was discovered by Mikao Usui, in 1922 in Japan, after he had a spiritual experience during a 21 day fast on a sacred mountain. He was blessed with the ability to channel universal life force energy, to heal himself and others.
He called his system of healing "Usui Reiki Rhyoho", or Usui Tibetan Reiki is a style of Reiki that incorporates Usui Reiki, Western, Japanese and Tibetan techniques.
Usui Tibetan Reiki includes modalities such as, breathing exercises, working with crystals, aura clearing (psychic surgery), working with spiritual guides & enlightened masters, Tibetan symbols, healing attunements, and original Japanese Reiki techniques.
Usui Tibetan Reiki has it's roots in "Raku Kai Reiki", a form of Reiki founded by Arthur Robertson, a Reiki teacher and practitioner and teacher of Tibetan Shamanism, he was one of 22 students Mrs. Takata attuned. Usui Tibetan Reiki was made popular by Diane Stein and William Rand.

Usui Tibetan Reiki is an energy healing practice that works with universal life force energy to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. Through gentle, intentional energy work, it helps release stress, clear energetic blockages, and restore the natural flow of chi, or prana within the body.
This practice supports physical, emotional, and spiritual healing, while creating space for clarity, grounding, and a deeper connection to yourself.
